We bid farewell to Joyce Saunders Hudson in Rathdrum, Idaho, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 21, 2024 at the age of 95. Joyce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Samuel and Thelma Davies Saunders; her husband Omer Hudson (O. B.) of Rexford, MT; her son Vern Alan; her siblings, Vernon Saunders (Thelma Saunders), Barbara Bryant, Helen Fey and Lorna Dee Williamson; her sons-in-law, Scott Derrick and Leland Burgess; her brothers-in-law, Walter Fey and Dale Hudson; and her friends, Rudy Peck, Trudy Young, Helen Killian and Dolly Treece.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Burgess and Patty Dickens-Turk (Tom); her grandchildren, Nicolle Hansen (Russ), Jeanine Worthington, Brad Burgess, Cory Dickens (Brenda), Chad Dickens, Matt Hudson (Monica), Mary Wilken (Dave) and Steve Hudson (Lynette); her great grandchildren, Anthony Worthington, Acelynnn Dickens, Chase, Sawyer, Kaelyn, Natalie Hudson, Andrew and Emily Wilken; her sister-in-law Edith Hudson of Eureka; and also Lynn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including special friends.
