He is survived by: his wife Doralyn Rae Cloward; his children, Vanessa Jayne Beck of Tacoma, Samantha Holly Cloward of Tacoma, Richard Matthew Cloward (Kimberly Guthrie Cloward) of Rathdrum and Tarah Jo Cloward of Rathdrum; his sisters, Christie Cloward Waylett and Angle Hartley; his aunt Beverly; and his uncle Kieth Neilsen. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
His last job was a CNA at Life Care Center in Sandpoint ID before he lost his job due to Alzheimer's.
