She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Ray Smith; her parents, Fred L. Butler and Victoria Butler; and her siblings, Robert Marks, Helen Beaver, Richard Butler and Romey Butler.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hazel Maples and Mack Butler (Phyllis); her sisters-in-law, Marlene Butler and Dorothy Butler; and her children, Micah (Nancy), Jack (Gayle) and Sherri Smith. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren she was grandma; to her 14 great grandchildren she was GG; to her brothers, sisters and her many friends.
