He is survived by: his parents, Todd Curtis and Joy Michelle Curtis (Stavros); his sister Haley; his grandparents, Daryl, Linda Stavros, Merlon and Mary Ellen Curtis; his great-grandparent Hilma Curtis; and his cousins, Luke, Amy Stavros, Peter Curtis, Scott, Erica Curtis and Sara Curtis.
