She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Howard Wright and Rella Maxine Gwilliam Wright; and her sisters, Sharon and Charlotte. She is survived by: her former husband Morgan Paul Budge; her sons, Kelly Craig (Cindy) of St. Maries, Paul Christian and James Duane; her friend Charles H. Packham; her husband Charles Herbert; her children, Chris (Mary) of Yakama and Dayna Devereaux (David) of El Cajon; her grandchildren, Josh, Ben, Brenda, Lisa, Megan, Corrin and Lexi; her brother Duane; and her brother-in-law Craig King. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, loving nieces and nephews, along with many friends and neighbors.
