He was predeceased by: his sister Heather Kawamoto (DeChenne). He is survived by: his parents, Alan Curtis and Sonja Curtis; and his siblings, Jack Curtis (Stacia), Christopher Curtis (Jenny), Edward Curtis (Laura), Carrie Foote, Shane DeChenne, Wilfred Curtis, Dorothy Ackerman (Adam) and Chelsea Earls (Mark). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
