He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Holbrook and Mabel Holbrook; and his siblings, Janet Browning, Judith Stolz and Herbert Holbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Holbrook; his children, Micheal Boles and Monica Josh Howard; his grandchildren, Kiara Howard, David Howard, Marshall Howard, Jazlyn Boles, Tearin Boles and Herbert Boles; and his great grandchildren, Finnoula Holbrook, Mavis Bujko and Sister Joan Veltri.
