He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Lavern and Marjorie Wilcox Hollingsworth; his son Jeff; his siblings, Marvin, Kent and Susan; and his granddaughters, Jennifer, Heather and Holly Jo.
He is survived by: his former wife Maureen Howell; his children, Cynthia Jacobsen (Garth) and Michael; his daughter-in-law Julie Hollingsworth; his brother Gyle; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Landon, Luke, Lance and Lauren. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Bill donated blood for many years and eventually was recognized for donating six gallons of blood over a twelve-year period.
