She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold James Conlin and Mary LaRene Ransom Conlin; her brothers, Steven and Alan; and her parents-in-law, Don and LaVell Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Dana; her daughter Tami Cannon (Dave); her grandchildren, Sean, Kailyn, Morgan, Carson, Carter, Aidan, Corbin, Liam, Camdan, Cayden and Breklyn; her great grandchild Kasper; her brothers, Ross, Reed, Craig and Mike; and her caregivers, Dennis Keyes and Collin Bingham.
