He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Jeremy Smith (Katie), Brandon Smith (Mindy), Cassie Johns (Doug), Holly Davis (Adam), Melissa Wiser (Landon), Hannah Oyler (Jake) and Tanner Smith (Leisha); and his siblings, Craig Smith (Becky), Ruthann Swenson (Wayne), Frances Simmonds, Robyn Theuerer, Kelli Smith, Renae Mangum (Bart), Sheri Jarvis, Shana Butz and Glenn Jarvis (Lori). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, four grandchildren in law, and two great grandchildren.
