She is survived by: her daughter Adelia Mountcastle (Moose) of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Keitha Kerrin, Nelson and Keegan; her daughter Candace Duersch (Jeremiah) of Nibley; her grandchild Kiley (Caden); her children, Keslie (Ethan) and Payton; her grandchildren, Titan, Tynlee, Trek and Tenysen; her child Bracken Profaizer (Brittany) of Wheatland; her grandchildren, Bronson and Bryndle; and her siblings, Nick Crookston (Gerry), Larry Crookston (John Buker), Steve Crookston (Stephanie) and Eliza Talbot (Carter).
Viewing will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hyde Park Stake Center (535 E 200 S, Hyde Park, UT 84318).
