He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Johnson and Catherine Johnson; and his wife Shirley Gill. He is survived by: his daughters, Shirlene Halford (Randy) of Preston, DeAnn Mitchell-Johnson (Pamela) of Whitewright and Jacqueline Carrico (Nathan) of Alvin. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
