He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Owen; and his grandparents, Keith, Kay Roskelley, Horace and Edna Owen.
He is survived by: his father Roger D. Owen; and his aunts and uncles, Wayne L. Owen (Leah), Marcia Hendershot (Jerry), Ron Roskelley and Linda Picket.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Webb Funeral Home (1005 S 800 E, Preston, ID 83263). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
