She was predeceased by: her parents, George Meikle and Vivian Meikle; and her sons-in-law, Steve Wanner and Doug Talbot. She is survived by: her husband Lyle Carter of Preston Idaho; her brother Carter Brothers Automotive; her daughters, Vickie Wanner (Steve), Cathy Talbot (Doug) and Shauna Smith (Bruce); and her sister Emma Clifford. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Webb Funeral Home (1005 S 800 E, Preston, ID 83263). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
