He was predeceased by: his father Burke Godfrey; and his siblings-in-law, Don and Ruey Forsgren. He is survived by: his mother Alene Godfrey of Smithfield, Utah; his wife Susan of Clarkston, Utah; his children, Monica Allred (Mike) of Smithfield, Utah and Jason Godfrey (Kotie) of Clarkston, Utah; and his sisters, Glenda Abbott (Ed) of LaVerkin, Joy Wilson (Galen) of Soda Springs and Toni Smith of Franklin, Idaho.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
