He is survived by: his brother Micheal; his stepdaughter Sheila Kroll Owens of Moscow, ID.; his brothers, Carl Dean Osborne of Moscow, ID, Thomas Joseph Osborne (Justine Osborne) of Lewiston, ID and Michael Claude Osborne (Beth Osborne) of Potlatch, ID; his stepchildren, Shawn Kroll (Darlene Kroll) of Lewiston, ID and Shiela Owens (Casey Owens) of Moscow, ID; and his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Stoor (Jacob Stoor) of Potlatch, ID and Joseph Meckel of Post Falls. He is also survived by step-grandchildren and even step-great grandchildren.
