He was predeceased by: his father Bill Lowery. He is survived by: his children, Lillyan Lowery of Post Falls and Angelo; his mother Wendy; his stepfather Harold Lamphere of Osburn, Idaho; and his siblings, Billie Gibson (Marty) of Kellogg, Idaho, Patrick Lamphere (Emily) of Hayden, Idaho and Alyna Bainter of Kellogg, Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
