He is survived by: his mother Pat Jarrett; his wife Jenn West; his daughters, Kady and Khloe; his siblings, Jeff Jarrett (Nikki), Kathy Duke (Marchand) and Stephanie Guettinger (Mike); his mother-in-law Janice West; his nieces and nephews, Abby Duke, Shane Guettinger, Logan Guettinger and Mathieu Guettinger; and his pets, Reeta and Lucie.
