As Deane departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Deane may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Deane leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Smith and Ruth Smith; and his brothers, Jerry and Frank. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his stepsons, Jason, Danny and Andy; and his siblings, Gracie and Allan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
