He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Birge; and his brothers, Michael and Brad Birge. He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Bolster and Alicia Conway; his mother Linda Samuel; and his brother Brett Birge. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
