He is survived by: his parents, Jon Johnson and Tonia Johnson; his sister Amie Johnson; his grandparents, Bob, Cindy Hiett, Debbi, Kurt Neumaier, Randy and Kristy Johnson; his uncle Josh Johnson; and his aunts, April Frandsen and Jenneal Symons. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
