He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Michael, Nancy Johnson, Lester and Eleanor Johnson; and his father Michael W Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Elaine Johnson Price (Richard); his brother Jacob Johnson (Kate Williams); his stepsiblings, Jameson Price (Michelle Cowart) and Lauren Price; his brother JJ Melkonian (Amanda); and his niece Elise Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
