He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mendonhall; his children, Dalina Neel (Martin) of Richmond, Jason Heath (Becky) of Preston, NaCoal Heath of Perry and Anthony Heath of Pocatello, Idaho.; and his siblings, Art Heath of Idaho, Fonda Siros of Idaho, Deb Hebdon of Idaho and Mike Heath (Bobette) of Idaho. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
