She is survived by: her children, Jessica Baker and Leslie Baker Jr.; her siblings, Ilene Ballard Williams and Wayland Ballard; and her grandchildren, Talon, Alyssa Santistevens, Lashyah, Lillyanna Baker, Faith Rodriguez and JaDyce Ballard.
