It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lloyd Bascom (Pocatello, Idaho), born in Artesia, California, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Raymond Bascom and Eloise Oler Bascom; and his brother-in-law Bob Casady. He is survived by: his wife Terri Westover; his siblings, Barbara Casady (Bob), Richard Bascom, Jean Fossat (Allen), Anita Packer (Cary) and Terri Westover Bascom; and his children, Shawn Bascom (Tiffany), Eryn Phillips (Roy), Jennifer Bascom, Cody Bascom (Kelsey), Joel Bascom (Mallarie), Kara Colucci (Jared), Breanne Viles (Robert), Raechel Lucero (Jay) and Marjarie Henry (Steven). He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren.
