He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Pizzo (McMullan) and Stephen Leslie Pizzo; his former wife Michelle Pizzo; and his son Eric Pizzo. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kaitlin Cuddaback and Keith Cuddaback; his aunt Mickie Thompson; and his siblings, Sean Leroy Pizzo, Scott Lawrence Pizzo and Stephanie Louise (Pizzo). He is also survived by other Aunts & numerous cousins.
