He is survived by: his father Emit Carmack; his siblings, Robin Cook (Mark) and Kevin Carmack; his sons, Cameron Carmack and Brandon Carmack; his aunts, Debbie Kaesbauer and Laura Beth Dunn; and his nieces and nephews, Stefanie Nelson, Ryann Rice, Curtis Cook and Clayton Cook. He is also survived by many special friends and cousins.
