He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pasley and Eva Pasley; his brothers, Jack Pasley (Madonna), Paul Pasley (Linda) and Bill Pasley (Darlene); his son Mark Snell; his grandson Daniel McCaskill; and his great grandchildren, Eric Neibaur, Lauren Neibaur and Payton McCaskill.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Rigor Snell Pasley; his children, Ed Snell (Marguerite), Jeannie Neibaur (Paul), Elaine Lucas (Dan), Judy Snyder (Bob), Cindy Ulrigg (Alan) and Kelly Cahoon (Dee); and his daughter-in-law Barbie Snell. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
