He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pamela Perna; his daughter Sarah Lepper (Ben); his parents, Charles Lepper and Janice Cochrane; his children, Amelia Aleki (Pat) and Rodney Lepper Jr. (Marissa); his stepchildren, Mallory Perna, Kristina Maravilla (Nathan), Samantha Perna and JP Perna; his siblings, Robert Lepper (Jeanette) and Rhonda Claybaugh (George); and his pets, Addie and Tiny.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM at 800 Park Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
