He was predeceased by: his son Scott Robert; his father Wayne Davis of Wayne's Transmission; and his brother Kevin Davis. He is survived by: his former wife Tamara Spangler (Christensen); his daughter Amber Dawn Nester (Mowrey); his former wife Rose Crane; his children, Taria, Jolynn, Eric Samuel (Shilo) and Jeffrey Justin (Carolyn); his mother Charlene B. Davis; and his siblings, Craig (Annette), Ron (Teresa), Bret, Debra Ellis (Kim), Lori Davis-Powell, Maralee Anderson and Nanette Spangler (Larry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
