It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Alan Harbour (Pocatello, Idaho), born in Pasco, Washington, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Phyllis Akiyama. He is survived by: his wife Patty Harbour; his children, Jesse Harbour (Toni Harbour), Vanessa Harbour Bejarano (Michael Bejarano) and Ben McCarter (Guillermina Carreto McCarter); and his grandchildren, Johanna Harbour, Noelle Harbour, Maisie Bejarano, Ashley Leon-Carreto, Connor Carreto McCarter and Felix Carreto McCarter.
