She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Winger and Zilla Winger; her brothers, Larry and Doyle Winger; her parents-in-law, Delmer Barfuss and Clea; and her brother-in-law Brent Barfuss.

She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Barfuss; and her children, Brad Barfuss (Monica), Shelly Veile (Mike), Cody Barfuss (Deonne), Kade Barfuss (Yoise) and Brother Ed Winger (Marie). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
