He is survived by: his wife Clarice Sauer; his children, Kristie Tomkinson (DeVon), Raylene McLean (Reuben), Tony Sauer (Shyla), Wayne Sauer, Melissa Carpenter (Hank) and Valerie Sauer; and his siblings, Enid Deming, Ellen Huggard, Peggy Danielson, Kim Sauer, David Sauer and Janeal Capron.
