It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Lynn Howell (Pocatello, Idaho), who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Reed Howell and Rose Mary Crump Howell; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Annie (Collin), Pamela (Nate), P. J., Christopher, Nicholas (Brittany), Robert (Ashley), Leslie (William) and Taralynn (Kade); his siblings, Lowell (Glenda), Linda (Guy) and Douglas (Cheryl); and his pet Titan. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
