She is survived by: her former husband Vernon Haggard Permann (Vern); her husband Stanley Swanson (Stan); her children, Joni Petersen (Mike) and Vaun Permann (Beatriz); her grandchildren, Michael Permann, Austin Petersen, Evan Petersen, Dylan Petersen and Ava Petersen; her stepchildren, Lindy Jo Greene, Kellie Sharp (Will), Levi Swanson (Chrissie) and Tom Swanson; her sister Janet Hayball (Leslie); and her nephews, Troy Hayball (Terri) and Robert Hayball.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society or the Parkinson's Foundation.
