With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Hofmann McCoy of Pocatello, Idaho, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on September 27, 2023 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Matt; her children, Eleanor, Scarlett, Declan and Adele; and her siblings, Michael, Karen and Julie. She is also survived by partners and children; and many extended family.

Her family asks that you include The ALS Association in your annual donations.
