She is survived by: her grandchildren, Austin and Kambryn; her niece Jamie; her husband Steve Warth; her sons, Steven Warth (Krista) and Ryan Warth; her grandchild Jordan Henicksman (Deven); her great grandchild Presley Henicksman; her sisters, Vickie, Donna and MaLissa; and her brother-in-law Donald Warth.
