She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Burgin, Cathy Smith and John Ingelstrom; her daughter Amanda Kukis (James); her grandchildren, Rylie Winters (Spencer), Rian Martin (Alex) and Olivia Kukis; her son Adam Hadley (Angie); her grandchildren, Mattie Hadley, Sophie Hadley, Eli Hadley and Ella Hadley; and her significant other Dennis Gratzer. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
