She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Burke. She is survived by: her siblings, Blanche and Marvin Smith; her friend Jay Burke; her daughters, Valerie and Debi; her grandchildren, Devin Burke Dwyer (Krista), Shelby Neelan, Leeza Yeremin and Dasha Yeremin; her great grandchildren, Bexley Jay Porter and Bellamy Dwyer; her sisters, Marlea Beckstead, Gail Jenkins and Wanetta Fawcett (Loren); and her pet Brownie.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Manning Wheatley Funeral Home (510 N 12th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fielding Memorial Park (4600 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lava Historical Museum, or the American Cancer Society organization, both close to Joy's heart.
