He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Winterbottom and Tom Winterbottom; and his siblings, Jody Phippen and Tom C. Winterbottom. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughter Becky Scheer; his grandchildren, Jessie Scheer of Boise, ID and Thomas Scheer (Dani Reece); and his brother Ralph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
