We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2021, at the age of 21, Jeffery Thomas Christensen Jr. (Pocatello, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, Andrew N. Leyba Jr. and Thomas A. Christensen; and his great-grandparents, Aldene Pevo Ponzo, Victor Currie Sr., Shirley Leyba, Andrew N. Leyba Sr., Clifta Davidson, Tom Davidson, Rosie Sandoval and Louis A. Christensen.

He is survived by : his parents, Jeffery Thomas Christensen Sr. and Breannian Plentywounds (Murray); his close friend Keisha McCoy; his brothers, Tomaz Teair Christensen, Louis Andrew Christensen, Damian Hurricane Plentywounds and Emill Clinton Plentywounds and his sister Olivia Maleeah Plentywounds; his grandparents, Virginia Liggins (Tommy) and Kaylyn Currie; and his aunts and uncles, Jaylyn, Ginnette (Paul), Hailey (Hank), JoAnn (Wayne), Sandra, Charles Lavatta and Preston Leyba.

“Jeffery was good friends with me and my twin brother throughout our childhood. There were some rough patches but Jeffery was always there as a friend at the end of the day, he was a bright, fun, and free spirited individual. We lost contact when my family moved after middle school but our stories together come up often, and he was thought of often. Thanks for protecting me from that girl with the airsoft gun that day Jeff, your stories will live on forever.”
