We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2024, at the age of 98, Helen F Poppe of Pocatello, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Helen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Helen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Bird and Kenneth Bird. She is survived by: her sons, Leslie Poppe (Rosemary) of Tucson, Arizona and Randy Poppe (Luana) of Pocatello. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the LDS Ward (930 E Alameda Rd, Pocatello, ID 83201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (930 E Alameda Rd, Pocatello, ID 83201). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201).
