She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Wesley Sowell; her parents, Curtis Rogers and Thelma Rogers; and her siblings, Pauline McQuown, Burnell Rogers, Margorie Tueller, Kathryn Whittier and Sherolyn Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Sowell (Kathy), Annette Hickman (Dale) and Sharon Sowell; her grandchildren, Michelle Benedict (Pete), Jeremy Sowell, Heather Robison (Brad), Kim Redding (Matt), Ryan Hickman (Melissa), Andrea Sorenson (Brent), Amy Ward (Bart) and LeeAnn Parry (Tommy); and her great grandchildren, Charley, Luke, Rhett, Ellie, Sydney, Casey, Jessica, Carrie, Dustin, Mylee, Lewis, Emerson, Isaac, Devri, Carl, Taryn, Evan, Brinna, Wesley and Vivienne.
