He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecelia D'Amico and Robert J. Davis; his sister Erin Leigh; his aunt Madelyne Demico; and his grandparents, Anthony and Angie D'Amico.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda D'Amico; his son Samuel D'Amico; and his stepchildren, Amber Thomsen (Travis) of Colorado, Austin Jones (Heidi) of Texas, Andrea DeRose of Pocatello and Kyle Jones (Jaime) of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a granddaughter.
