She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Hymas and Harriet Della Jenkins; her husband Keneth Hyrum Budge; and her son Steven. She is survived by: her children, Debra Hill, Kathy Pierce, Tracy Budge and Kaye Young; and her siblings, Elva Williams and Terry Hymas.
