He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ron Smith and Ruby Janson; and his son Darwin Scott Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Marietta Rita Wood; and his children, Gregory "Smitty" Smith of Pocatello, Juanita Bryant (James) of Butte, MT, Wiley Smith (Mary Ann) of Boise and Rita Marie Chavez (Daniel) of Pocatello. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
