He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Nalley Sr. and Frances Anna Beatrice Sanders; his wives, Regina Nalley and Helen Norene Hawkins Nalley; his son Bruce Nalley; and his siblings, Patrica Osthoff (Pat) and Aaron Nalley.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Nalley (Lucy) of Pocatello, ID. and Tamara Nielsen (Rydel) of Phoenix, AZ.; his sister Gayle Taylor (Travis); and his brother-in-law Tom Osthoff.
