He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jordyn; his son David; and his former wife Gwen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sister Cheri Daniel (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Marlo, Kevin, Jimmy and Roger; his daughter Stacy Smith (Brian); and his grandchildren, Skyler Parker, Aaron Parker (Michaela), Cory Carey (Justin), Erikai Parker, Kyson Carey and Sebastian Parker.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clearfield City Cemetery (1050 State St, Clearfield, UT 84015).
