It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl C. Powell (Pocatello, Idaho), born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Powell and Blanche Powell. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Amis; his children, John Powell (Lucy) of Reno, NV, Bill Powell (Teresa) of Nampa, ID and Debbie Wagner (Dan) of Chubbuck, ID.; his grandchildren, Tracy Mance (Jim), Kim Stouse (Rick), Kris Diekemper (Nathan), Sara Heistand (Jeremy) and Cody Powell (Chrissy); and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Kai, Brayden, Conner, Keegan and Karsen.
