He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Judge and Leota Judge; and his brothers, Charles Judge and John Judge. He is survived by: his wife Muriel of Pingree; his children, Carrie Kostelec (Don) of Boise, Will Judge of Phoenix and Robbin Shiplett (Phil) of Boise; his siblings, Rosemary McClenahan (John) of Boise and Bernard Judge (Cathy) of Pocatello; his sister-in-law Carla Judge of Portland, Ore.; and his granddaughter Addison Kostelec.
